What is your personal vision for your work and for the organization?

My vision for F.G.M.and The Bridge of Hope is  to see a community free from harmful practices, where women and children are empowered through education, faith and dignity.

I aim to build a future where knowledge, compassion , and service to God transform lives.

  • From my perspective, The Bridge of Hope has brought;

    • Improved access to education and opportunities for children.

    • Stronger faith and spiritual growth among youths and families

    • A united community working together for positive change.

    • The Bridge gives free medical facilities to the community.

    • The Bridge brings Christ to the door step in their operational communities because there are pastors into those communities.

    • The Bridge  brings free educational facilities to both children and women.

  • As an F.G.M. leader  and qualified teacher, I have contributed by;

    • Introducing structured awareness programs on F.G.M.

    • Mentoring young women to pursue education and faith.

    • Strengthening collaboration between schools and the mission.

    • Advocating for community health and dignity.

    • Inspiring teachers and leaders to embrace positive change.

    • Strengthen unity and good relationship among the workers of the organization.

  • I observed  peace and joy  in the lives of people in our operational community and  the organization as well. I have witnessed remarkable  progress as many young ladies are now focused, eager to learn skill and committed to serving God. I see an increase in positive attitudes and good behaviors within the community and the organization at large. Finally, I have seen a greater willingness  among families to abandon harmful practices.

  • As a lead F.G.M. leader. My roles include;

    • Guiding community education on ending harmful practices.

    • Supporting young women and  girls with counseling and mentorship.

    • Collaborating with faith leaders to promote dignity  and empowerment.

    • Leading awareness campaigns to protect children and uphold community health.

    • Meeting with the parents once monthly.

    • Meeting with the girls four times monthly.

    • Overseeing pepper farming operation which helps offset the cost of the F.G.M. program.

  • I hold;

    • T.C.[Teacher’s Certificate]

    • H.T.C.[Higher Teacher’s Certificate]

    • Diploma in Theology.

  • My early career reflects my educational path;

    • 8 years of dedicated service as an F,G,M.leader.

    • 15 years of teaching experience, shaping young minds and guiding them in both academics and faith.
